Had to have a tire replaced due to a road debris blowout. Everything was under warranty, When I brought my car in, everything was out in my trunk, jack, tire, tire well lining etc, When I left after the repair I was thinking to myself that I needed to go and straighten everything out and put everything back. When I got home to do that, I opened my trunk and the technician had already done it! I really appreciated that.

I was taken care of quickly and the needed repairs to my car were explained to me. Like the way it was prepared so i could see exactly what was needed

It was clearly marked where to drive my Trax into the service garage, and Tom the service person asked me to come to my car and I liked that he took walk around pictures to show it was not damaged before going into your service area.

Alex is fantastic! I couldn’t be happier with our experience. So friendly, professional and attentive. He really listened to our concerns and made the purchase of our vehicle a pleasure.

Quite satisfied as after only a little bit of back and forth with the sales manager Serpentini decided to honor my warranty and replace the faulty aftermarket tail lights sold with the vehicle.

Communication was laking on status of my vehicle while in service. Issues were already discussed with Joe from the service dept.

Service personnel were friendly and efficient. Although the center was extremely busy, I chose to wait for my vehicle. The wait was not horrible considering and it helped to have some entertainment (television) to distract from the waiting.
