Automotive Call Center Agent

Serpentini Chevrolet is a rapidly growing automotive retailer that is looking to hire a Business Development Representative to join our Business Development Center (BDC).   • Generate appointments and quotes by means of proactive outbound and inbound prospecting, and lead activity management in an effort to qualify and market to potential customers
  • Set appointments
  • Listen and be attentive to customer needs and priorities in order to provide appropriate suggestions and guidance on our sales offerings
  • Provide superior customer service and achieve the highest degree of customer satisfaction
  • Work in close partnership with sales consultants to provide qualified leads and detailed information on customer requirements
  • Meet specified monthly targets and goals
  • Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet
  • Check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately
  • Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and department promptly
  • Contribute to the overall success of the dealership by working with all customers, teams, and departments collaboratively and professionally with a positive, roll-up your sleeves attitude


  • Prior customer relations or BDC experience required. We are willing to train and develop the right individual.
  • Confident, pleasant, and professional phone voice
  • Previous call center experience preferred
  • Possess time management skills and be able to work independently
  • Must like being part of a TEAM
  • Excellent customer relationship skills
  • Self-starter, motivated, and success-driven
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry a plus
  • Confident, positive, and high energy presence
  • Strong communication skills
  • Working knowledge of social media and computer programs a plus
  • Team-oriented with a desire to achieve both individual and collective goals
  • Must be able to pass background and drug screenings
  • Possess 2 years of computer skills
